pro 96 frs/gmrs

I have a pro96and trying to scan the frs/gmrs channels.I dont pick up anything unless i manually pick the right channel.I wondered what i was doing wrong?

If you're using Win96 software, you have to check the box that says; Search On [ ] for that group. Not sure how you do it from the scanner alone, maybe just pushing the Search button! It's the only pre-programmed band that's setup that way...not sure why either.

I set up bank -9- for surveillance. All Color dot VHF/UHF, then FRS/GMRS, DEA drug plane and others. I can e-mail my custom list if you like. larryscan@charter.net

To manually begin searching hit function, search. Do the same to stop.
