You can purchase them directly from PAR:
PAR Electronics | Filters for the commercial 2 way market, MATV, FM broadcast, laboratory, marine industry, amateur radio, scanner and short wave listening enthusiasts
It's the one with 162 in the model number.
Places like Grove Electronics and Universal Radio also sell them. I think they all order from PAR though when you place an order. Not sure that any of those places actually stock them.

I had a Pro106 a couple of years and it was deaf compared to my Pro-197 on the same antenna. I got rid of it because of that.
