Default PRO-2050 thought and or recommendations?

I wanted to see what other members have to say about the 2050 . I may have one lined up to buy from an aunt and wanted to make a fair offer. My wife's uncle recently passed and she doesn't use it. What would you guys use it for as far as monitoring? does the model stand out in any particular band ? Checked eBay and it looks like they don't go for much. Thanks!

I would say $70 would be tops; $50 more of a fair average price.
