Default help pro 106

i have a pro 106 but need help to down load to it have no idea how to start got a 7 day trail to gre objest program cant make heads or tells all i need to do is download p25 freqs. plus need help to turn it on on scanner pls help

Actually Ronnie you can request that yourself - click on the red and white triangle with the exclamation point in the upper right part of the message box (right above the join date), and fill in the form. I'll take care of this.

Spider, this article from our wiki (links are always blue) has numerous links to articles that will help. Some people find the Easier to Read manual to be a better read - click on that link in the first item under 'Onto the Real Question'

Getting Started with your GRE/RS Object Oriented Scanner - The RadioReference Wiki

There's also a link to the ARC500 user guide (which is, I believe, the software you got) in the Object Oriented Software article. In addition, in order to connect your PC and scanner, you will need to purchase a USB-serial converter. Take a look at the 'Connecting Scanners via USB' article for the 2 cables known to be compatible
