Default HELP Floyd county Indiana Reband

OK I have been reading and researching for about 1 week now and Im going to need some help. So thanks in advance.
I am using an original version (not A or B) radio Shack Pro-92 Trunking scanner. I am primarily interested in listening to the Floyd County Police Dept/Fire dept transmissions and the New Albany Police/ Fire Depts. Since the reband I am unable to pick them up. I know they are now part of the statewide HOOSIER SAFE-T. I read that the original pro 92 should still be able to pick up the rebanded frequency. But I have read some contridictary things as well. So heres a few questions I have:

Is the New Floyd County LTR or Motorola?

Will the original Pro-92 be able to follow on the new system?

Why do the new frequencies listed for Floyd County have 5 digits after the decimal? My scaqnner only allows the input of 4 numerics.

After programing the new freqs in and setting the control channel to open, I pick up a lot of squelch coverd traffic. The traffic that is understandable is coming from about 3 counties away.
Ive had this scanner for about 15 years or more. originally set it up to trunk the above counties and really have never had to mess with it, so its sort of like starting all over for me.

Don't sweat about the number of decimals. The scanner will handle this just fine, unless the signal is weak or marginal.

If I'm reading the SAFE-T database entry correctly, this is a Motorola system, mixed analog and digital talkgroups. Almost all the Floyd County talkgroups are digital except New Albany - the PRO-92 won't handle it (see the 'D' in the MODE column?).

I will defer to Indiana scannists to recommend a replacement - as it does seem that's the way to go here - but as this is a RS forum, I'll point out that there are 3 newer digital compatible scanners, and 2 older ones; their wiki pages are listed below (anything in blue is a link)

Newer

Indiana folks, I cede the floor to you...Mike

I'd take a trip to a clear spot and push _tune_ If it's a system the 106 recognizes, it will display the info-push store.. If you got the system stored, you should edit the tsys to put delay on before you get talkgroups. It will set the delay time for you entities. Where I am-walk 300 feet up the road-get 3 systems. 2-Mass-1 -N.H--Manchester Edacs-analog...Otherwise I dont get them in daytime, sometimes night.
