Now that my area just switched to 800 Mhz I'm lost. I found a few freq by just scanning and storing them but I'm missing out on a lot of talk. I'm lost when it comes to talkgroups. I haven't bought the software yet but will it help me if I don't know all the new 800 freq?

I don't believe he's unlocked PMs as of yet, being a new user and all.

Thumbs up Programming PRO-197

I just got a Pro-197 and I am VERY happy indeed especially since I downloaded Win500 from Win500: PSR-500, PSR-600, PRO-106, PRO-197, PSR-310, PSR-410 Scanner Software for Data Management, Monitoring, and Control This program makes it so simple that I really think anyone will figure it out in 15 minutes. The good news it has a 30 day trial period. And the better news it loads and works on a W7/6f4bit machine. And the best news it only cost $35 USD.

Happy Scanning

Hello all, yup I'm new on here and I'm also new to scanning with a 800 digital scanner. I've had it for about to weeks now and I've wanted to pull my hair out, but I've been reading and reading some more and I believe I am FINALLY starting to figure it out. I was having problems with understanding the whole trunking and talkgroup terminology. This website is very helpful and I will be using it often and upgrading to premium soon.
