Issue with Pro 106

I have a new Pro 106 it has the current software offered. My issue is that I get reception skip. When I am listening to my scanner at times my reception skips whereas my Pro 96 will stay on the chan until the transmission is finished. It is actually worse when I am driving around. A friend has the same radio and has same issues. I used the Win500 program and am listening to a P25 system for Baltimore City and Baltimore County. other agencies on a traditional 800 mhz seem to work ok. Thanks in advance

Hmm. Did you update the firmware for the scanner?

does any chan has the pri turned on?

Check and see if WX has a pri set. It will cut in every few seconds to check the primary frequency like animaljr47 just mentioned.
