Wirelessly posted (Moto Droid Bionic: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 4.0.4; en-us; DROID BIONIC Build/6.7.2-223_DBN_M4-23) AppleWebKit/534.30 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/534.30)

Try a full reset per the manual. If it continues, I'd go back to the store. HTH.

Heap errors are caused by programming errors. I had a fellow other day who tried his own programming, had a heap error, I programmed it, all is well!

Heap Messages
I am getting a Heap Error message. What is causing this? You have some TGRP objects that are not associated with any TSYS. Associate or delete these TGRP objects and reload.
This is also discussed in this GRE Knowledge Base article

I am getting a Heap Full message. How do I fix this? This can be caused by having duplicate TGRPs in a TSYS.

Before I would reset it or take it back, go up to the top right hand corner and do a search on the term "HEAP errors." You will find plenty of posts adddressing this problem and how to solve it.
