There's never been a scanner that moves EDACS LC's. As you see the currently active CC will show what LCN it is. If a particular system rotates CC's regularly, this can eventually get you LCN's for those freqs too. Much quicker to just have one scanner hooked up to UT and another to moniter all the system freqs with. Pretty much necessary anyway since it's doubtful every system freq. is going to be in the CC rotation.
Some of the very first firmwares on that series of scanners would follow PV TG's but that was fixed long ago.
The only thing, I know of, that has an option to track PV TG's is the PSR800. One of several unique features that makes it one of the best trunking scanners on the market right now.
