HELP Pro-97 not scanning ????

Anyone have a problem with a pro-97 stuck on a bank and wont scan. I have all banks activated and it will just sit and flash on bank one and do nothing. I know its not the software or program because I can load it on my other pro-97 and it works with no issues. I can manually put it on another bank and same thing just sits and flashes and will not pick-up anything or scan. It almost apears the scanner is frozen and yes I have tried the factory reset many time and same thing. Any help would be great. Thanks

Wonder if part of the keypad has gone bad - like the scan button. Or perhaps the MANual button is stuck..

Is there anything in here that might be related:

If you have reset the scanner.. there is Nothing in it now... need to program something in it

no its not the keypad because I can activate and deactivate banks no problem and I get the beep on all buttons. Thanks for the reply

Yes after I reset the scanner I put the program back on and still nothing.

Try this, press manual, turn squelch to silent, press scan. hope this helps..
