PRO-18 - cannot access Library online

When I open iScan on my PC it opens fine, but when I try to update my library I get this error:

Update Check Error

There was an error getting the current version information from the update site. The error message received was:

Socket Error # 11001
Host not found.

When I click the OK button the following comes up:

Update Failed
There was an error getting the library version from the internet.

Since I have a working internet connect (after all, I'm on RR right now) could this be a true DB error?

Thanks Rob. it's not really a deal-killer for me, I can always cut & paste things into my existing configurations anyway.
