After customizing my 668 this weekend, I find that I've set something that prohibits my hearing all but a couple stations. I'd like to reset everything -- database, playlists, talk groups, sites -- so the 668 is configured just like it came out of the box new.

I've read every bit of information I could find here in the forum and searched the Internet, but I didn't recognize anything that would help.

Thanks in advance.

Did you ever get this worked out?

Did you ever get this worked out?

My radio was working fine until I plugged it into the computer to update, now the search by zip code is gone and most channels.

Is there a way to restore?

Has anyone found a fix for this? I'm in the same boat.
