Problems with my scanner

[NP4FW]

I have in my shack a PRO-95 Scanner that is showing problems. The scanner turns on but # 1 nothing shows at the display. # 2 the only thing I can hear is the weather band because I pushed down the WX icon. I changed new batteries and nothing happens. Tha itema is in good shape, no damage on the outside. Any tips on what might be happenning? Any place wher I could send this radio for fixing? Thanks very much to all

Go here and follow the steps to reset it. If that fails, do the next step. Initialize it.
