Pro-668: frequencies not showing in playlist and or trunk site info

how do i get them to show again i cant even update my trunking info? any help thank you

in the PC software, click on trunked systems tab, then select your system from the list at the top of the screen, then site details. The frequencies should be there. if not, they never transferred from the database to the scanner memory

i have no list on ether the scan list or the trunking all is blank in them boxes? everything else works fine.

how do i get my lists back?

PROBLEM SOLVED: step 1. click on scanner/sd card then scroll down to optimize scanner/sd card once that's done go to updates click on all updates and everything will load again. that's it!!! :O)
