Radio Shack Pro 97 help.

I have all my police and rescue stuff but I now have the frequency for lifestar that I want to add but I'm not sure how to just add it. Is there an easy way to do this without reprogramming the entire scanner?

You can add it manually. If you use software to program the scanner, download what's in the scanner to the software (if you don't have a copy), make the changes, upload new programming.
