Default computer to scanner transfer

I have a Pro-97 and win97 software. I am a premium member of Radio Reference and have my computer transfer cable. Can someone walk me through the steps required to download frequencies from the database? I've tried more than once and cannot seem to download them all. Do you have to type in each one or can you just hit a button and download all the conventional frequencies for St. Louis County, Minnesota?

I don't see the 'Premium Subscriber' icon with your post. That may be part of the problem.
