Shannon,
Check out the "Railroadradio.net" and the "West Sac" feed page. Steve has some frequencies listed there. You may also find some additional information there also... BTW, I haven't checked with my buddy there yet, I haven't been able to send him the information.
Later...

160.800 is dispatcher 62 on the Martinez Sub. The eastern end of the sub is dispatcher 57 (161.55). 160.320 is dispatcher 74 on the Roseville Sub, which I think starts in Rocklin or Newcastle and runs to Sparks. The Valley Sub is controlled by 57 from just north of Binney Junction south to Roseville. I believe the Sacramento Sub is controlled by 64 (161.310) from Binney to Stockton. The detectors around Roseville are on their respective road channels. There is a detector on the Roseville Sub in Rocklin, one just north of Lincoln on the Valley Sub, one west of Watt Ave on the Martinez Sub and several on the Sac Sub, though I rarely hear them.

Those Confirmed Frequencies Should Be Summitted To The Placer County
Database. I Have The Sparks Yard Frequencies In The Nevada Database
