Default BNSF Live Lafayette sub radio feed

You can listen to the BNSF Lafayette Sub radio feed on scanamerica this feed covers the Lafayette Sub you can hear trains about 10-15 miles away plus some yard ch's

The mainline is Track Warrent control with ABS signal's.which means there can be a lot of talk since Lafayette is a crew base for BNSF and UP changes crews in Lafayette also UP runs Westbound trains on this line BNSF runs both ways.

you will hear these trains.

Amtrak-Sunset LTD

Hello,

I listened to your feed for around an hour today, sounds good! How many trains is the average for Lafayette per day? I host my own stream as well but use shoutcast, I noticed you seem to be using icecast. What if any delay have you noticed on your stream? I find I have about a 1 minute to 90 second delay on my stream. Here is a link to my stream, Montgomery, AL Live Scanner Stream & Railroad Lineage I am the Montgomery stream. Also you can check it out on your cell phone if you prefer, http://www.moodio.fm/stations_list?t...ry&tid%5B%5D=6.

Thanks and I look forward to your reply.

Well Rail Traffic is way down Eastbound trains out of Lafayette are around 2-3 a day heading towards New Orleans right now i hear mabey 1-2 EB and about the same for WB but we also have about 3-4 WB UP Trains plus Amtrak's Sunset LTD.There are also WB BNSF trains out of Lafayette Both BNSF and UP switch crews at Lafayette. Fridays are a mess due to both Amtrak trains that run thru Lafayette.
