Default UP Coal Train through Blair.

Most of the time the UP runs all of there Coal Trains through the Omaha/Council Bluffs area. But every once in a while one tends to sneak through over the Blair Sub. Mostly at night. Not this time. I was hoping the one would come through at broad day light. I got one. Just thought that I would post the photos. And yes. It was the UP Dispatcher that gave me the heads up.

UP 6692 East.

Loaded Coal cars as far as the eye can see.

Here comes the rear DPU unit.

There she goes heading east.

Cool

NICE pixks!!!

I see most of the Coal trains running from Denver to Seattle runing BNSF with 2 powers on the front, 2 on the rear +3 helpers for the mountain passes. They stop right out my back window to cut of the helpers. Glad I got a scanner to catch their comms.
