Default CSX (?) Philadelphia area

After no luck with the database, wiki or search I turn to you. Does anybody have info on 160.590 in the Philly area like what is it used for? It sounds like dispatch on a repeater but the way it is during a tropo band opening it's hard to tell being it's all in and out.

160.590 is SEPTA North Road repeater - aka Desks 1, 2, and 3 - the ex-Reading commuter lines. CSX and NS trains operating in this territory also use this frequency. The input to this is 161.460. Hope this helps.

Yup, it helped alright, that explains some of the place names I was hearing. Funny how it takes me back to my days hanging around the Reading Terminal bunkhouse when the band opens.
