"On Track On Line - Amtrak Radio Frequencies" at that site, and use the Silver Star - Silver Meteor - and/or Palmetto listings (middle row on that chart). I'd put those in a "primary" bank, and then maybe add the other AAR frequencies elsewhere in the scanner. Virtually all of your trains' action will be on one of those three groups.
