CSX Pittsburgh Unknown Detector

Heard a CSX detector on AAR 008 (160.2300) that was out of place. The Milepost was 102.1. Anyone have Any idea where this is? It came in readable but a good abount of static up here on Mt. Washington using a VHF extendable antenna. Didnt hear the train though.

If you search the FCC licenses for counties near you, it will sometimes show a MP on the license.

There was a band opening to the NE this morning. I would focus on that direction.

If I had to guess, it was the one near Newton Falls, Ohio on the New Castle Sub.
