No, we don't know what really happened. He could have crashed because, a person could have been in the roadway, the Patrolman could have tried to miss another vehical, that was in the way, he could have had some type, of medical problem. Ect.

To the "Spelling Police"!
The article was legitimate. The misspelling ect. was my fault, due to not being a very good typist, and typo's.

I just don't believe, the "speeder" should have been charged with manslaughter! Felony Fleeing? Yes, and he should be punished for that!

I do not believe he will be convicted of the, manslaughter charge.

So, it's okay to act like a total ass to the point that you are committing dangerous felonies and that lead to a chain of events that ultimately involves someone's death?

This is what baffles me about people's mentality today. For whatever reason the criminal tends to get a pass. It's as if they are some sort of animal that can't help themselves and are only acting in their nature. So, by default all the blame is shifted to the person that is tasked with legally attempting to stop their reckless behavior.

It's f'n bizzare.

N-Jay, on the previous page you misspelled "were", you spelled it "weer". "Mancow" is not gonna like that!

Sorry mancow, it was "trace1" that is the "Spelling Police"! My mistake.

N-Jay, I haven't (did not) take a "test"! Exactly, what kind of test are you referring to?

When one does stupid things, he rarely gets to choose the consequences.

The death was directly traceable to idiotic driving, so the driver should be charged.

Yes, but I wasn't speeding at the time, nor fleeing from a police officer, so I am not sure why that is relevant?

Although, thinking about it, I am fairly sure some of the posts in my "Ban inducing" threads may have had typos, so I guess we are still on topic? Maybe?

Well that clears that up.

I guess this thread is done.

Very good.

But do you understand why the person was charged with manslaughter?

And do you understand why you "post count" comments were not well received?
