Thumbs down Anyone else feel this way......?

With the transition from Scan America to Radio Reference, I feel somewhat frustrated over the loss of the Twitter Feed and all the Archives. Being in the news media business, there are times where I may have missed a call and could refer back to the archives. The Twitter feed was not only a GREAT communication tool for all of us to enjoy, but it would assist in answering a question from other listeners. Also, the MNN pages have been transferred to some other website.

So basically, we had the Twitter, the Forum, MNN pages, interesting articles, all on the same page!!!!

I'll admit, I'm not a donating member because like I said above, I'm in the news media business and all my equipment is taken care of. But what good (if anything) is RR (besides updating our frequencies)? I think we've gone backwards. So if management is reading this, please take note because there could be some competitor reading this.

Wondering if this would be better in the Colorado Forum (or maybe not)? I know that Jim from MNN said about week or so ago that Colorado was the only one that really used the Twitter (great tool) for Breaking News and it never went well with the other States. But I do miss it as well, there should be a way for the Twitter to work on the Scanner Listening page, even notice we dont use the Breaking News and Incidents on the Colorado forum much anymore. Almost like the MNN radio's that few of us have that no one uses, that another discussion.

I agree, I'll try and re-post to the Colorado forum. I think RR put me here on purpose.
