Default Uniden and dodging the BBB

I have been trying to report my problems to the BBB about my HP-1 and Uniden's refusing to respond to a email requesting support or at least a email that I sent them a email.
Entering the information from the original box will not get you contact information to UNIDEN.
Product was registered with Uniden when I purchased from direct from them. Now they don't have record of my purchase. And trying from the web I can't a reply from customer service. emails for the last six months.
Trying the BBB, entering the supplied address from the Uniden factory box the BBB can't find them.
Now knowing that Uniden customer support is less then stellar. this should let everyone know what kind of company you must deal with.
Of course UPman will take issue, but prove me wrong with a post in this thread.

IMO no matter what problems you may have, the BBB is going to get nowhere against Uniden. They have bigger and badder lawyers.

The only way to get back at a company you dislike these days is to not purchase their products.
Plenty of people are watching these new scanners for issues and those of us with the old ones are quick to point out the flaws. You can see from doing a bunch of reading that the reliability of Uniden is quickly becoming void.

Hold out things will be better soon!
I am just a Novice, compared to some here. I am willing to learn and once know what has been taught to me, will help others know this awesome hobby of ours.

Were your emails just to rant about not liking your purchase as your other post on this forum are, I dont think upman or anybody can help, if it is in the return period ussually 30days most retailers you can return it for a refund, in that case call unidens customer service
