University Police Encrypted?

Looking at the RISCON information, it shows the Brown U, Prov. College, and RISD all using non-encrypted digital, but when my scanner locks onto them, it's all garbled. Any info or suggestions?

Brown University and PC are encrypted so all you will hear is garbled noise. My suggestion is to lock those TG's out on your scanner.

Yeah, that's what I was figuring. RISD also appears encrypted, too. Hopefully the database will be updated to reflect this.

The database won't be updated until you (or someone else) submits the information.

At the top of the system page click "Submit" and follow the instructions.
