Default Foster RI To Get New Repeater Systems

TOWN to end dead spots for emergency communications
Providence Journal (subscription) - Providence,RI,USA

... The Town Council approved $157,951 to pay for a
"repeater system,"
which picks up a radio signal and retransmits it at an
amplified level.
