Default Sac State Police frequency?

Has anyone successfully tuned in to the frequency for the Sacramento State University Police Department?

The database lists 857.23750 as the frequency, but I haven't been able to get anything on my scanner. I'm using a Uniden BC355N.

Smile CSUS PD

I've received them. I don't usually have their channel enabled, and you have to be fairly near the campus to pick them up.

I monitor them from time to time. They are still active on that frequency.

Thanks everyone! I'll try again from closer or perhaps with a better antenna.
