Default 150.830 PL 146.2

I have been hearing this frequency active with the PL of 146.2 and it sounds like a Simplex frequency because I can only hear one side of the conversation unless the truck is in the same area. and the towing company I have been hearing is in Chula Vista and I heard them say "pick up a dodge stratus from a police impound lot on east oneida and take it back to the yard" anyone know who this might be? I also heard them say "Pick up a black BMW" and that call was late at night and I hear them mentioning customers too. Also I hear them joking around sometimes on the frequency too and some of them sound like they have an attidude.

So I was wondering if anyone can help me to try to confirm who this is?

Go to Databases -> Frequency Database -> California -> Search -> "Search California FCC Licenses: Enter Frequency" -> 150.83 -> Scroll to San Diego County.

...aaaand there's nothing. Sounds like these gentleman may not have an FCC license.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; U; en-US) Gecko/20081217 Vision-Browser/8.1 301x200 LG VN530)

The RR database only shows information that has been submitted to it by listeners. RR doesn't pull everything from the FCC records. Go to the FCC's ULS lookup, and do a search.

Yep, crosschecked FCC ULS as soon as RR came back empty. There's nothing in San Diego County.
