Default RCS Database cleanup

Hi folks,

Trying to clean up the database so it plays better with the newer database dependent scanners (x36HP, etc).

Recently found some other outdated talkgroups in there and I'm wondering about these.
Does anyone know if any of these are still in radios or in use under the North County Dispatch JPA section?:

I have heard traffic on:

112 007 A NZT 4 North Zone Tac 4 - Training Escondido Fire-Tac

Since I live in the South Bay, I don't usually listen to much on the North Zone

I have also heard the North Zone Training tacs in use, so they should probably stay. I can confirm the Elfin Forest talkgroups are sporadically in use, usually for training, but also for incidents.

Well, Del Mar is dispatched by NorthComm, so that TG can probably be deleted. You would have to check with K6CDO regarding the others.
