5002 and 500n TGs
I hear a lot of traffic which sounds like Bus<----> Dispatch calls and and. Can these be added to the database pretty soon?

I added them.
Keep in mind that these channels are assigned for use dynamically. So we can't always put specifically what they're for in the database as it can change as the dispatchers see fit. Right now I have their uses in parentheses based on how I've commonly heard them used.

TG 5002 Bus traffic - NOT LAVTA!
I am hearing what seems to be CoCoCo bus traffic on TG 5002. Received on the CoCo Central site and roads names and driver instructions and responses are in CoCo area, some on routes down near Danville and Crow Canyon rd.

"Last night on the East Bay Regional Communications System 2107 & 2109 were active with a unknown fire department having a fire drill in a multi-story building."
this is likely berkeley FD. anyone else hear anything?

Correct, BFD recently showed up conducting drills using 2107 as "Command-11" and 2109 as "Tac-31".
Not yet using the system for dispatch or operations...

It's LAVTA. They have routes outside of Tri-Valley.

Re: EBRCS Update
Just an agency update, it was mentioned Fremont and Newark will be switching over soon, then San Leandro.
Those radios are supposed to be programmed in that order prior to ACSO being reprogrammed. They're still shooting to have ACSO radios programmed in mid March.

Talked to a Fremont FD person and he had no idea when they would be switching over, had no idea at all about their radios in general....all he knew was how to put in the batteries, change channels and turn it on/off LOL. Also talked to an FPD officer and he literally told me they were already using the new system, so he was either totally clueless about the latest system, or they already are using channels on the new system.
Hoping to hear Fremont FD and PD on the new systems soon.

I have heard the Fremont PD detectives using the new system from time to time on surveillance. While everyone sounded fantastic to me listening at home, they were complaining often that they could not copy each other and that "these radios are garbage".

BFD DISPATCH 2

I heard what sounded like a structure file scenario being played out on TG 2691. Sounded like Alameda Fire units (medic 1, battalion 1, engine 3, etc). Heard this around 1300 hrs today on SW cell. They are still being dispatched on the old system, so this might be a coverage test and/or radio training. I did not hear any dispatchers.

where did you get these from? we had previously confirmed berkeley as using command 11 (2107) and tac 13 (2109)
besides your listings of dispatch 1 and dispatch 2, the others fall in line with the county fire TG's already confirmed as well. they must have a number of commands and tacs all fire agencies in the county share. for now, i've placed those with the county listings. what you have may be the channel line up in the radios itself.

San Leandro P.D. 3555 Live
San Leandro PD changed over to the EBRCS within the last few hours using TG 3555. Heard on the ALCO SW Cell.

As of noon today, March 30th, I am hearing San Leandro PD back on TG 32016. Just heard a 415 call on Marina Blvd. Was that a test of some sort? Or did they have issues with EBRCS and switch back?

There were several "you are garbled, repeat" transmissions. Other than that it sounded pretty smooth.

I am picking up transmissions on TG 2105 on both the NW and SW cells. Sounds like Berkeley FD 1 and transmissions match those on 154.19 CTCSS 131.8.
