Looking through the Sonoma County DB, I see no freqs/alpha tags for Tacs 4,6,&,10 .Do those tacs exist? Any ideas? Planning an extended visit up that way soon. TIA
Where a 'Tac 4' would be is reserved for VFIRE22, the 'Tac 6' spot is used for CALCORD, and 'Tac 10' spot is used for CDF Tac 10. That is how the BK radios are programmed for the 'REDCOM' load.
XSN tac 4 used to be White-2, with the switch to Narrowband its now called VFIRE22, no longer TAC4, also Tac-6 has been renamed to CALCORD. Tac-10 is a calfire tac channel. For whatever reason redcom way back when, decided to go away from using common naming conventions for common mutual aid channels. It appears they are now going back to using common channel names.
