Talking Goofy sounds on 262.2300 mhz !!! Pirate

Hi All

Listening to some nut on 262.2300 mhz, ha ha ha, all sorts of weird sounds. whistling, donkey sounds, god knows what. Some drunk pirate, ha ha.

Probably from south america maybe but not sure as I heard someone say "good morning" twice. Definitely not spanish. Sounds like oriental or something.

They're on there all the time doing those types of transmissions. Some are very funny to listen too. I think they're just mocking whoever they think is in charge of those birds.
