win 500 uploading

hello, i just got my psr 500 this afternoon and am trying out all 3 softwares, with win500, when i go to upload info to the scanner, the blue status bar on the computer goes all the way from 0 to 100%, however the scanner freezes when it gets to 81%, i did this exact same procedure with psredit and it worked just fine

any suggestions?

It has something to do with Don Starr keeping his software current with the latest GRE CPU firmware, allowing Win500 to clone as fast as possible. I don't know if the other software offerings do that.
