Win96 web-import not working???

username and password correct...
hit start... error message "The System Could not Find the Specified File"

any ideas? I'm trying to program my PRO96 which I setup last year using the 30 day trial of win96 (the hard way) Have been happy with it until recently, so i purchased a key for that and subscribed here so I could import the trunks etc all easy like since I don't have the free time I used too.... and yeah... this happens lol.

anyone know what I might try to get past this hurdle?

Had a problem similar to this one a week ago I found it was my firewall.
