Gre 600 and ARC500 Software Question

I downloaded the SD digital system with some talk groups and put it in the scanner. Now, when I try to enter another tower site and TG's into the scanner it either goes to the same scan list (1) or it deletes the site I have in there and puts in the new site. This happens even when scanlist is set to different than 1?
Any feedback? Thanks
