Question about win 500

hope somone can help, i am trying to download my PSR-500 to win500. but when i push the download from scanner button it says waiting for scanner, and then i get another message that says timeout waiting for 67452 data bytes, received 0. what i am trying to do is download from PSR500 to win500. what happen was i delete a Conventional Frequency out of the PSR-500 and i need to get it back in the order it was in. 01-0001 freq 1, 01-0002 freq 2, deleted freq 3, 01-0004 freq 4. thanks all . Don S can you help me.

You need to go into the configuration tab, Then click on serial port, and make sure that you're USB port matches the COM PORT number, This is usually 3 or 6.. You can check to see what this is in your computer but I don't remember right off hand how.. Once you get this lined out, It should work fine for you, If you have anymore problems, Let us know.. it's still the same as was before, i will keep trying. the com port is fine it's comport 4.

What version of the software are you using? Starting with v1.52 in configuration menu, click on find psr500/600 serial port, it will fine the com port for you and set it as your default.

i am using the First Version of win 500, again the comport is fine , it's working fine it's comport 4. thanks
