Default Problems importing with Win96 and Butel

I'm hoping someone can help me out with this. I've got both Arc246 and Win96 on my laptop (where they have been for some time) and suddenly I can't seem to import frequencies with any software. Both Win96 and Arc246 say 'the server name or address could not be resolved'. My laptop is running Win2k SP4, and is not firewalled. Anyone have any ideas? I'm sure this worked in the past... kinda puzzled as to why it doesn't any more.

Found the problem... turns out both these programs use your Internet Explorer connection settings. I use Firefox for surfing at home as IE is setup with proxy settings to work in the office. Once I disabled the proxy in my IE connection settings all was well.
