Default bcd396t programing
Iv been around and around buying memberships here and there trying to get this scanner programed.

Can someone show me how to take freq from this site, add them to bctool and download them to my scanner?

I'll try to help. In BCTool click on Tools, click on RadioReference, enter your RR password etc. Then go to Import System, select your State, County, etc. then click Import. Once you import to BcTool save the Programming. Then you can "Write to radio".

When your "post count" reaches 10,000 you get a Bronzed Toilet Plunger from the dollar store ......
The $ sign goes before the numbers............
it's etc................. Not ect.
