Default WIN96 and P25 Configuration

This is almost certainly going to fall into the 'dumb question' category, but I'm confused.

In WIN96 (PRO2096) I can't figure out what settings to use for the following:

Cranford, Township of
Frequency Input License Type Tone Alpha Tag Description Mode Tag
471.60000 474.60000 WPWJ842 RM 293 NAC 1 Police P25
477.50000 480.50000 WPWJ842 RM 293 NAC 2 Police P25

I have the frequencies set OK. I have the mode set to FM and have no clue how to enter a NAC code.

I receive the transmissions, but they sound somewhat garbled unless I am very close to the transmitter; not encrypted, just like they are under water.

Can someone advise how I should enter the information?

Thanks

The 96 and 2096 don't accept NAC code programming.

Just enter the frequency and leave it as FM.

Thanks, Jay - that confirms my original thought - this was a dumb question!
