I downloaded the demo version and its great!!!!! Very easy to use and works well with the pro-96.

Appears this software isn't going anywhere.. NO updates in 2-3 weeks maybe more

I just loaded build 3 and can't find any additional requirements. Fact is, Motorola 800 rebanding tables are ready to load with a click and OK. Nice work.

Are there any plans to do combine ARC396 and ARC 996 into a single package? While I like butel the best, and own both, the other vendors do both in one package?

Default quick keys
how do I set my quick keys ? where is it ? so i can download more banks only can download 1 bank any one know how to set it ?

In ARC 96 click bank 0, import desired data. then click bank 1, import desired data and continue this procedure through bank 9. Save and send to scanner.

There are no quick keys in this scanner.

Hint, importing conventional frequencies into a trunk bank can be accomplished but it does interfere with good trunking. Using separate banks for conventionals is preferred IMO.

do this software got a help page to tell you about what thing are and tell you how to run it on your scanner got a webpage or something ?

The software comes with a manual in PDF format, in the software select 'Help' 'Read Manual'.
