Yes, as long as it's an analog trunked system. P25 systems cannot be decoded with this scanner. ARC160 from BuTel will handle this scanner. I think Scanner Master carries it.
With a premium subscription you will be able to download data from the database here. Also note you will need a USB cable (GRE sells them, among others) to connect your PC and scanner. Here's the link for the subscription
