win 96 dll error

after downloading win 96 into my laptop I 'm getting the following error message cannot find or file may be corrupt or mising win xxcommon dll eror 126. Had no problem with my desktop comp. but can't get it to work in my laptop? Any suggestions

try dling it again & if ya using VIsta try running in Admin mode maybe

Winxxcommon.dll file must be in same folder as the win96.exe file. Recommend help.chn in same folder also.
