Of course this had to happen trying to dl my RR choices....Next, I tried win500 and it ended up with me receiving "Connection with server could not be established". I don't get it.. I had tried several times with both softwares....We were on-line...I did at least one time keep an open window
established with rr. I think maybe will see if anybody else has had this happen and maybe just delete both programs and re-dl and start over....or else look at other software...
I am a little puzzled with this issue...and a little tired...but the good news is I got the 6 up and running with the pre-programmed trunked data.. I set up a scan list I wanted to hear and it was easy, just follow the instructions in the booklet..........but I also have a list a mile long that will have to wait........tomorrow is another day....try again

Good news....problem with win500 and psr-edit500... neither would let me proceed to rr to dl my selecte rr data....win 500 kept telling me no connection with server.. and , psr gave me un "error" report unable to load "wsdl file"..............anyhow after much frustation and multiple tries it came to mind maybe my AVG pc protection may have been preventing any advance towards completing the task at hand...So, I knocked down the firewall, ran win500 and were in the ball-park, all is well so far...It appears the firewall was not allowing the software to communicate with radioreference...I don't know but the firewall is back up and now I have to work on organizing my lists and figure out how to organize all that I want to hear....
It's like going to school all over again...always learning...that should be in our nature........bilmont
