Convert from Arc300 to Arc160

Does anyone know if it is possible to convert a Arc300 file to load into Arc160?

Yes, in ARC300 select File _ Save As and change file type to 'RS CSV format' , ARC160 then can read that file.

For some reason Arc300 would not read that file. Also how do I input custom band plans?

Read which file? I thought you wanted to convert from ARC300 to ARC160?
To do so open your bin file in ARC300, select File _ Save as and change file type to RS CSV and save. Then ARC160 can read that file. To enter a bandplan select View _ Setting and then you can enter a custom plan.

Arc160 would not read the file that Arc300 created.
