You didn't say what, if any, software you have. I am going to assume you don't have any. Then you should download
BCtool web site at the bottom of that. This is one of two free programs. Since you are pressed for time, I'll only go with this one. After you install it, go to Tools, Radio Reference, Import Sys, It will ask you to log onto Radio Reference. Then select your state, county, and the Alegan County system. Then import it into BCtool, and then you can download that to your scanner. While you are at it, you may want to import other things. You can do that one at a time, or all at once.
Edit: I see from your other post that you probably have Butel Arc996. The principle is the same, except you go to Internet, Radio reference, trunks systems. After import the trunk sys, you can go back and get any conventional(non-trunked) frequencies.
