Looking for ideas: remote Win500 on PDA
Is anyone using remote desktop or similar app on a Windows Mobile device to access Win500 running on a PC? I'm looking for similar ideas for a small PDA-like device that can remote into a Windows PC (host) and access Win500... Access would ideally be over Wifi...

Liverdog:
I have used Remote Desktop to access my PC's running Win500 (Windows Mobile 5 Pocket PC), however the screen size was very difficult to navigate once connected. I gave up on that method and just connect to my PC's via a desktop or laptop instead of the phone. For what it's worth, I regularly use the following remote access programs to control all my scanners at home:
1) LogMeIn (free)
2) Ultra VNC (free)
3) Remote Desktop
Thanks - Mike

Thanks NYRHKY94. The laptop scenario is pretty much what I do now too. I don't currently have a newer Win Mob device so I didn't want to put money at risk for nothing...

I plan on writing a Windows Mobile version of my Win500 Remote Client app, if for no other reason than I want to be able to connect to my scanner from my HTC Touch Pro. If/when I do it, I'll release it "for free". I just need to find the time to port the existing code.

Well, if one of you wants to send me a BlackBerry, along with the required development tools, then I could take a look (after I do the WM version, of course).

What work around(s) is anyone using for remote desktop for the audio streaming on portable device. I know Win500 will host and stream audio to its own client, but if you're remoted in what are some good options?
I currently use Teamspeak when I VPN with the laptop as these ports are already established.
