Default Programming Pro 106

Hi, i just got a Pro 106 for Christmas and i have no problems downloading to my scanner but anytime i try to download anything new to it , the software deletes my excisting frequencies. Is there something i am not doing right here. Any help would be apreciated. I am using Arc 500.

I also had trouble with the arc500. went with the 30day free trial of psre500 and it seemed to clear up my problems.

You can not add data, if you have freqs programmed in the scaner you must first read them in the ARc500 software and then add the new data and send it back to the scanner. This is a limitation of the scanner not ARC500.

I am trying to connect to radioreference.com with arc500. I am receiving "web service error 12006 unrecognized scheme" I have a premium subscription. I have checked my username and password; they are correct. Port 80 is open and I've added arc500 to the program exceptions list in my firewall settings. I have also temporarily turned the firewall off. Suggestions for what to do next would be greatly appreciated.
