ARC396Pro and 996 vs wrong conventional alpha-tag import

Hi everyone, sorry if the question has already been asked but I've search and couldn't find anything ...

Am I missing something in conventional frequencies and importing of their alpha-tags ???

It seems that when I import conventional frequencies from RR DB directly with ARC396Pro and ARC996Pro I don't get the alpha-tags at all.

I only get the "description" field twice, once in the "comments" field and another time in the "name" field instead of the alpha-tag in this last field ??

I've looked at all the software options and don't find a way to correct that.

When I import a trunking system and his TG's, everything is find, I get the "alpha-tag" field imported in the name field where they should be !

As a user AND as a DB Admin, I find this to be annoying and challenging, any idea that would help me solve this ?

Please folks don't tell me to change software, I have the others (Proscan, BC tool, etc.) but just want these Butel software to do correctly want they should do !!

ARc396/996 only imports the description field, until recently many alpha tags were missing in the database. With the new alpha tags I will change this in the next release of the software so you can select alpha tag or description.

I know you are working hard on ARC500 right now, but there is lot of us using ARC396 and/or ARC996 and the question was asked before but is there any time frame on delivering these new releases with that feature and a (long due) V3 of ARC996 to match V3 of Uniden and a new release for ARC396 ?
