anyone heard anything from butel about getting there program updated. There seems to be no customer support as bultel is still on a old outdated June 08 release while other software have made many improvements such as ProScan which rocks by the way. I feel Bultel was a huge wast of my money.

as i own both the 996 and 396 pro versions. I have been wait so long that I have removed Bultel ARC pro from my computer and use Proscan completely now and it keeps getting better and better.
I have read replays that a release was due sometime back but has yet to appear.
warning buyers beware other scanning software company's are out there due a much better job for the consumer.
I highly recommend Bob at Proscan as the best of the best with great customer service and continue updates to get the most from you new or old scanners if anyone's interested.
Just my 2 cents worth and no i do not work with of for Proscan , I just hate wasting money on company"s who don't earn it and hope to save other people from making the same mistake I have.
Flame if you must but the truth hurts, no support and no updates means bad company..
