bultel ARC996 Pro/396 Pro

anyone heard anything from butel about getting there program updated. There seems to be no customer support as bultel is still on a old outdated June 08 release while other software have made many improvements such as ProScan which rocks by the way. I feel Bultel was a huge wast of my money.

as i own both the 996 and 396 pro versions. I have been wait so long that I have removed Bultel ARC pro from my computer and use Proscan completely now and it keeps getting better and better.

I have read replays that a release was due sometime back but has yet to appear.
warning buyers beware other scanning software company's are out there due a much better job for the consumer.
I highly recommend Bob at Proscan as the best of the best with great customer service and continue updates to get the most from you new or old scanners if anyone's interested.

Just my 2 cents worth and no i do not work with of for Proscan , I just hate wasting money on company"s who don't earn it and hope to save other people from making the same mistake I have.

Flame if you must but the truth hurts, no support and no updates means bad company..

And what exactly is supposedly "wrong" with this Softeare???

The current ARC396PRO release 6 is from November 2008. I don't know where you're getting June from for that one. And, it's BuTel, not Bultel.

the problem is the arc 996 which is june 08, buTel has not even got up to the uniden update,

but i don't under stand your replay are you defending Butel or just posting regarding a nov 08 396 update ?
have you tried proscan yet ? it blows Butel right out of the market, don't take my word for it try it and you will never look back.

missing the full fuction's p25 in 996 due to lack of butel keeping up with the uniden updates.

i was just clearly pointing out that there is far better options out there for those that wish to make a change.
